Mazda 3 MPS Aero Detailing

Detail

  Posted January 2011

I've had the MPS for a couple of weeks now, and have been desperate to get working on the paintwork.

The car was a year old with 2400 miles on it, so I didn't expect there to be a lot of work to do - however the paint did appear to be quite grey and hazy.

The work I have done took place over 3 separate days as I didn't have time to do it all in one go.

The car was washed with AG Body work shampoo, clayed and dried with a WWDT.

The products used were -

  • Biltema
  • AG SRP (with Biltema)
  • CG Ez Glaze (with Biltema)
  • CG M-Seal - by hand
  • CG BWW - by hand
  • Megs Endurance Gel
  • PB Natural Look
  • CG Rim Wax
  • AG Glass Polish

Note that a Vauxhall Signum is great for putting polishing pads on, lol.
